You are interested in one of our listings! First thing you'll need to do is create an account to proceed. Here's how!
From the listing's property page you'll find on the right side the prompt to 'Get started' or, if you are using a mobile device, you'll find the 'Get started' button at the bottom of the listing's page.
This will open a sign up page to create your account name and password.
Please use your legal first and last name as the information provided will be a part of your application review.
Once you have created your account, you'll have a new listing's page view inclusive of a video tour recording (if one is available) as well as the options to apply, schedule a showing and ask a question! On your mobile device, these options will be found at the bottom of the page by selecting the 'See actions' button.
Once you've selected your action you'll be asked to complete a "Renter Profile" so we can best assist you in your rental search.
Please complete the Renter Profile fields as truthfully and accurately as you're able so we can best advise you moving forward.
Submit! Now you'll have a portal to track your favorite listings, view videos, ask questions, schedule showings and/or apply! Happy house hunting!
